Rear fender adaptor, 3D printed in-house using Polycarbonate. This bracket follow the same dimension of the rear end of the original rear fender on the MC22, allowing the attachment of a reflector.

The bracket goes mounted under the number plate with supplied bolts and nylon nuts.

Fitment instructions:

1. Use the supplied jig to find out if you need to trim any excess of the old rear fender. If you can see anything below the lower edge of the jig, you need to cut if off.

2. You need to drill 2 x 6mm holes to hold the adaptor to the fender. Use the fender adaptor itself to find the exact location and mark them with a marker. Once you are happy with the location, drill the holes as on the picture above.

3. Use 2 of the 6mm bolts supplied to fix the fender adaptor to the rear fender. Underneath, use 2 washers and 2 nylon nuts, also supplied.

4. Once the fender adaptor has been installed, use another 2 x 6mm bolts to fix the number place to the rear fender. These 2 bolts will help hold the adaptor in place. Use 1 washer on the front and 1 behind, and fix it in place with the nylon nuts.
